Check-in: from 2:00 PM. For late arrivals, please inform us in advance. After 11:00 PM, please ring the external bell.
Check-out: by 10:30 AM.
Please note that the wellness area and massage treatments are available by reservation and at an extra cost. To plan your stay in the best way, we recommend booking services in advance by contacting us at info@riglarhaus.it.
Booking Deposit & Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking and can be paid via the following IBAN:

By paying the deposit, you accept the general booking conditions, including the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms and prepayment conditions may vary depending on room type and season. Enter your dates (link to booking engine) to check the conditions of your chosen option. For groups and special events, please contact info@riglarhaus.it.
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: deposit refunded.
- From 13 days before arrival: deposit is retained.
These conditions apply regardless of whether cancelled rooms are rebooked fully or partially. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for peace of mind.

Group Bookings
Groups are welcome! The Hotel Riglarhaus can accommodate up to approximately 30 guests, depending on room types (double, triple, quadruple).
Stays available on B&B, half board, or full board, including buffet lunches. Special dietary plans available on request (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other requirements).
Group Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- Confirmation occurs upon payment of the deposit.
- Cancellation up to 60 days before stay: full refund of deposit.
- From 59 days before stay: deposit is retained.

Stays with Pets
Hotel Riglarhaus is a pet-friendly hotel. Your four-legged friends are welcome with a small daily supplement.
To ensure comfort for all guests, please observe the following rules:
- Pets must be on a leash in public areas
- Access to restaurant areas only if calm and well-behaved
- Protective cover required on beds, sofas, and seating
- Immediate cleaning of any accidents
- Pets must never be left alone in the room unsupervised
- Vaccinations and health conditions must be up to date
- Respect other guests: avoid excessive noise or barking
Travel Insurance
Life is unpredictable, and plans can change. Alpine Wellness Hotel Riglarhaus is a small mountain hotel, and last-minute cancellations are difficult to replace and affect our staff. Protect your reservation and our peace of mind with travel insurance.
